In technical and/or regulated industries, one common training challenge is how to present complex information in a way that is engaging, accurate, and retained by the learners. 

We took original "page-turner" non-interactive content and worked with the client's subject matter experts to create a Good Clinical Practice training program that was scenario-based, interactive, and applicable to real-world situations.

I managed the project from initiation to launch, and partnering with a vendor (Sify) provided course and simulation-level analysis, design, and technical knowledge.
