A Code of Conduct - almost every company has one posted somewhere on their website, but how can you entice employees to actually pay attention to it?

One novel approach is to create a graphic novel series highlighting some of the key topics in the Code. This is a surprisingly entertaining and effective approach across all demographics.

The concept as shown here was originally presented by the vendor Performance Development Group (PDG). I directed the project for the client, and worked with PDG's creative team on design and script creation and production.

I have since developed a enhanced version internally for use by my clients.
